Delete your Hidden Gems account and associated content.

Delete directly in the app

1. Open ProfileSign in to the account you want to remove.
2. Choose Permanently delete accountReview the warning and confirm deletion.
3. Deletion is processedYour account, profile, contribution media and associated community activity are removed from the live service.

Request deletion on the web

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address used for your Hidden Gems account. Use the subject Account deletion request. We may ask you to verify control of the email address before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Authentication account and public profile.
• Places and original photos contributed by that account.
• Saved places, follows, visit confirmations and reports associated with the account.

Limited retention

De-identified product events may remain without the deleted account ID. Restricted security records, legal evidence or encrypted backups may be retained only when necessary for fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes or disaster recovery, then deleted or overwritten according to the operator's documented retention schedule.
