Agreement and eligibility
These terms form an agreement between you and White Eagles Digital Marketing LTD when you use Hidden Gems. The pilot is intended for users aged 16 and over. If you do not accept these terms, do not create an account or use member features.
Accounts
Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. Do not impersonate others, create accounts to evade moderation or interfere with service security.
Travel and safety
Your contributions
You confirm first-hand knowledge of the place, lawful access instructions and the right to publish every photo and detail you submit. You keep ownership of your content and grant White Eagles Digital Marketing LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for technical display, moderate and show it only as needed to operate and promote Hidden Gems. The licence ends when content is deleted, subject to protected backups and legal retention.
Responsible use
Do not promote trespass, bypass security, expose personal information, mislead visitors, harm wildlife or fragile sites, manipulate community signals, scrape protected content, upload malware or use location information to facilitate harm.
Moderation
We may review, reject, hide, remove or edit the visibility and coordinate precision of content. We may suspend accounts that create safety, legal or community risk. Moderation reduces risk but cannot guarantee that every place is safe, lawful, open or accurately described.
Third-party services
Maps, transport, websites and other services opened from the app are operated by third parties. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Service availability and liability
The service may change, pause or contain errors during the pilot. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, White Eagles Digital Marketing LTD is not responsible for indirect loss or for decisions made solely from community information without current local verification.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and delete your account in the app. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or material breach of these terms.
